go to a local sports center, workout center.. watever. get a trainer. or just run it off. u can also try slim fast or green tea pills. (i herd they arent bad for you.) another good/effective pill is hydroxycut.
Diet: 1. Trying replacing your favorite foods with healthier alternatives. This doesn’t mean that you need to buy the fat free brands all the time, but simply stay away from fast foods, etc.
2. Eat larger amounts of food in the morning and smaller amounts at night.
