If you really really want to lose weight..do alot of cardio..treadmill, classes, bike and eat 1200 calories a day..that is how I lost weight and that is also how Ricki Lake lost 50 lbs…

It’s a blance between cardio (treadmill) weightlifting (free weights or a crazy machine) and mind (yoga, pilates) with all three you’ll be balances instead of working your body top hard.

CARDIO!!
elliptical, treadmill, bike, row machine for 30-45 minutes 3-5 days per week….they’re all good!
also, lift weights for at least 30 minutes 3 days a week
