I joined a gym a few weeks ago, and i just wanna know from some of others past experiences, if you went to the gym which equipment made u lose more weight ? is there a certain kind of machine that made you lose a lot of weight ?

    If you really really want to lose weight..do alot of cardio..treadmill, classes, bike and eat 1200 calories a day..that is how I lost weight and that is also how Ricki Lake lost 50 lbs…

    CARDIO!!

    elliptical, treadmill, bike, row machine for 30-45 minutes 3-5 days per week….they’re all good!

    also, lift weights for at least 30 minutes 3 days a week
