my friend has recently dropped pounds like insanely in the past week. she looks sooooo much skinnier. i’m worried that she is harming herself in weight loss. what could she have done to drop weight so quickly in such little time? does this mean its harmful to her?

I have done a 21 day fast on the master cleanse diet. I realized that I lost the most weight during the 1st week and the other 2 weeks the weight lost slowed down. Should I do 3 fast that are 7-days in length or 1 that is 21 days. And why. Thank You
