Become the world's strongest man. Ok, so really just weight train in moderation. 3-5 days a week of weight work to create lean muscle will help keep off the pounds. In the long run muscles burn more calories than fat, even without moving.

Insanity isn't required to shed pounds. It doesn't take a lot of cash, or any money. Lose weight for free through exercise and healthy eating. Consume less calories than you use.
